Order routing — new orders trigger automatic stock checks and supplier POs with zero human input.
Customer notifications — shipping updates, delays, and confirmations sent automatically at each stage.
Supplier sync — inventory levels pulled daily, reorder thresholds set, and POs generated automatically when stock drops.
The full workflow went live in 3 weeks with a phased rollout to ensure nothing broke in production.
